Network Analytics
Modern network environments generate large volumes of operational data that can provide valuable insight into how infrastructure is performing and how it is being used. Network analytics platforms allow organisations to move beyond basic monitoring and gain a deeper understanding of user behaviour, network utilisation and operational performance.

Mobilogica designs and deploys analytics platforms that provide visibility into complex network environments across commercial infrastructure, public WiFi networks and large-scale deployments. These systems help organisations understand how their networks are operating in real-world conditions and identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability and user experience.

Our work is structured around network outcomes, not SLAs, tickets or handoffs between teams. Design, deployment and operational integration remain close to senior engineers who understand both the network infrastructure and the analytics systems used to interpret it.

This approach allows Mobilogica to deliver analytics environments that provide meaningful operational insight rather than simply generating additional data.

Experience
Mobilogica has delivered network analytics environments across large commercial infrastructure, including retail and mixed-use developments. These environments generate significant volumes of connectivity data that can provide valuable insight into how people interact with digital infrastructure within large public spaces.

A notable example of this work has been Mobilogica’s analytics deployments within QIC retail environments, where WiFi analytics platforms are used to understand how visitors move through retail precincts and interact with network services. These systems provide reporting on metrics such as client dwell time, total network utilisation and user connectivity patterns, helping operators better understand how their facilities are being used.

In some environments, analytics platforms are also integrated with digital mapping systems, allowing connectivity data to be visualised across facility maps. This enables organisations to observe movement patterns across different areas of a precinct, identify high-traffic zones and better understand how visitors engage with the space.

As with all Mobilogica deployments, this work is structured around network outcomes, not SLAs, tickets or handoffs between teams. Design, deployment and ongoing optimisation remain close to senior engineers who understand both the underlying network infrastructure and the analytics systems used to interpret it.
This approach allows analytics environments to deliver meaningful operational insight rather than simply collecting large volumes of network telemetry.
