About Me.
Mobilogica worked with ISPT to design, deploy and manage wireless infrastructure across a multi-location property portfolio spanning 13 sites across Australia. The deployments covered a mixture of corporate office buildings and retail environments, requiring network infrastructure capable of supporting both visitor connectivity and operational building services.

Key locations included Central Plaza One in Brisbane along with several Melbourne-based properties such as 500 Bourke Street, 246 Bourke Street, The Well, Karingal Hub, Bendigo Marketplace, Campbellfield Plaza, Central West, Casselden Place, Bracken Ridge, Green Square, 100 Creek and Wintergarden.

The wireless infrastructure was designed to support connectivity across shared building environments including entry spaces, lobbies, communal workspaces and end-of-trip facilities such as changing rooms. These environments require reliable connectivity for building occupants and visitors while operating across complex indoor layouts.

In addition to connectivity services, the deployment incorporated Cisco Meraki analytics platforms capable of providing insight into visitor behaviour across the properties. These systems allow operators to analyse metrics such as visitor dwell time, device density heatmaps and client movement patterns, providing valuable insight into how communal building spaces are used.

Mobilogica designed, deployed and continues to support the infrastructure across these sites, ensuring the networks remain reliable and capable of supporting both connectivity and analytics services across the property portfolio.
Deliverables
Multi-Location Property Deployment
ISPT required wireless infrastructure to be deployed across a distributed portfolio of commercial properties spanning multiple cities. Mobilogica designed and delivered a scalable network architecture that could be consistently deployed across 13 locations, ensuring reliable connectivity across both corporate and retail environments.
Communal Building Connectivity
The network infrastructure was designed to provide wireless connectivity across shared building spaces including lobbies, entry areas, communal workspaces and other public building environments. Mobilogica engineered wireless coverage capable of supporting visitors and building occupants throughout these areas.
End-of-Trip Facility WiFi
Many properties included end-of-trip facilities such as change rooms, locker areas and cycling facilities used by building occupants. Mobilogica deployed wireless infrastructure within these spaces to ensure consistent connectivity across all building amenities.
Retail Environment Connectivity
Several locations within the portfolio included shopping centre environments, where wireless infrastructure was designed to support visitor connectivity across retail precincts. Mobilogica engineered wireless coverage capable of supporting fluctuating visitor density within these environments.
Visitor Behaviour Analytics
Mobilogica deployed Cisco Meraki analytics platforms across the properties, enabling operators to gain insight into how communal building spaces are used. These systems provide reporting on metrics such as WiFi client dwell time, device density heatmaps and visitor movement patterns, helping property operators better understand occupant behaviour within their buildings.
