Having worked on the City of Gold Coast's WiFi network for several years, Mobilogica was entrusted with the significant task of redesigning the network to elevate it to an ISP-level offering. This transformation required integrating a wide range of client services across the city-wide fibre backbone, ensuring seamless connectivity and robust performance.

A key component of this project was the provision of intranet connectivity to all of the City’s remote sites, a critical service for maintaining efficient operations across various locations. To meet the new scope and demands of the network, extensive upgrades were undertaken. This included major overhauls of the existing infrastructure, enhancements to the core network, and the implementation of advanced compute technologies to deliver the required capacity and scalability.

Following the redesign, Mobilogica has continued to provide ongoing maintenance and proactive performance improvements to ensure the network consistently operates beyond expectations. This commitment to excellence guarantees that the City of Gold Coast's network remains future-ready, reliable, and capable of adapting to evolving requirements.
